Material Details: All senior yard banners are printed on durable, weather-resistant vinyl, designs to withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining vibrant color and clarity. Each banner has heat-welded edges.
Sizing & Pricing: Final pricing is based on the banner size selected. Your deposit will be applied toward the total balance, which will be invoiced after design approval. Full pricing will begin at $45.
Photo & Content Requirements: High-resolution photos are strongly recommended for the best print quality. Low-quality or blurry images may affect the final result. Text content (name, school, year, colors, etc.) must be submitted before design begins.
Production Timeline: Design proofs will be sent after all required information and photos are received. Production timelines may vary based on order volume and banner size. Banners will not go to print until full payment has been received. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee.
Installation & Hardware: Grommets are placed evenly to the size of the banner; rope included for hanging
Weather & Care Disclaimer: While vinyl banners are made for outdoor use, extreme weather (heavy wind, storms, or prolonged exposure) may impact longevity. We recommend removing banners during severe weather.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and reserve your spot in our production schedule. Once design work has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Proof Approval Responsibility: Final approval is the customer’s responsibility. Once approved, banners are sent to print, and changes cannot be made.
Pickup & Delivery: Pickup and delivery options will be communicated during the design process. Shipping is available for an additional fee if applicable.
